CONSULTING
SERVICES

The Green Institute is an entrepreneurial non-profit organization working to bring on-the-ground solutions to environmental and economic challenges. Accomplishments range from the launch and expansion of the ReUse Center, the development of one of the state’s largest solar electric systems, the first speculatively built commercial green building in the Upper Midwest, a neighborhood energy conservation program, pre-development of a 20-megawatt biomass energy project and a regionally-appropriate green building standard. In measure, our staff has developed a wide range of skills and expertise. We are uniquely positioned to provide market-based solutions addressing the conditions set out by each client, partner and project. Examples of projects that we can add value to include:

  • Feasibility assessment of renewable energy projects
  • Strategic planning assistance for incorporating green practices
  • Business planning assistance for reclaimed building materials
  • Impact of climate change policies on your business
